  • Ombro Leather Goods can post any Genuine Leather Wallet, Bag or Belt worldwide from our Australia office or New Zealand Workshop using NZ post or Aus post
  • All online orders are sent via Australia Post in Australia or NZ Post in NZ using Pre-Paid 500G – 5KG satchels with tracking number only. Postage timeframes vary depending on your location in Australia or NZ
  • On request: Ombro can provide you with a tracking number upon request for goods sent from our Ombro workshop so that you may track your purchase using Australia Post’s tracking tool – http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html or New Zealand post tracking tool- https://www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/tracking/basic

  • Ombro will take the utmost care to ensure your purchased leather goods reaches you safely, as such Ombro accepts NO responsibility for items lost within Australia or NZ Post.
  • Ombro Leather Goods will use the shipping address you have entered at time of purchase; To avoid delays please ensure your address details, post code etc are correct.
  •  In the case that you have not received your order within a reasonable amount of time, please contact us so that we can check on this for you
  • If you wish to add postage insurance on goods purchased from Ombro please email your request to us at ombroleatheraustralia@gmail.com as soon as payment has been submitted for your order. Please note that additional charges will incur for this request

Shipping NZ & AUS

Please be aware we are a New Zealand and Australian owned and operated therefore some our products are based in NZ and some prouducts are based in Australia, Ombro is trying there best to run this website between two countries therefore if a leather belt is coming from NZ and your a Australian customer we will post it out to you ASAP but it will take as long as the international post takes. Our leather bags stock is in Australia therefore if you are a NZ customer purchasing a leather bag, it will be posted from Australia to NZ therfore it will take as long as the international postage takes. Ombro will post leather goods as soon as they can. Just be reminded sometimes leather goods are coming internationally.
